Legal meeting “Comprehensive approach to Employee Capital Plans in an organization”

We would like to invite you to our legal meeting Comprehensive approach to Employee Capital Plans in an organization, which will take place on 11 April 2019 at KPMG in Warsaw, ul. Inflancka 4a.

At the meeting we will discuss basic legal and personnel management aspects resulting from the Employee Capital Plans Act, which entered into force in 2019.

The meeting will consist of two parts:

Part I: legal aspects of implementing ECP in the company, taking into account the negotiation margin in agreements with financial institutions, the new system impact on internal sources of labour law and GDPR documentation.

Part II: employee retention as a challenge faced by most Polish companies; organizational aspects of ECP implementation.

The meeting will be attended by managerial staff representatives, financial directors,  chief financial officers and people responsible for personnel and wages in companies.

Presentations will be made by KPMG experts of legal and business consultancy teams: Rafał Krzyżak, Mikołaj Zdyb and Magdalena Stawska.
